The Capital Area Food Bank has compiled this collection of resources for our partner organizations using Service Insights. Below, you’ll find the links to access Service Insights, the user manual, topic guides, intake forms, and informational flyers for clients. The Service Insights team hosts office hours on the first Monday of every month from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. These informal meetings allow Partners to ask questions and learn from another. The CAFB team also uses these meetings to provide updates about new features in Service Insights as they become available. All Partners – including those who do not yet use Service Insights – may register here.
