Produce Guides

subThis collection of fruit and vegetable guides is part of the CAFB’s work to not only acquire and distribute healthy food, but also to educate the community about how to maximize their food budget and cook at home. These guides, available in both English and Spanish, provide storage advice, recommended uses, nutrition facts, pairing suggestions and helpful tips for many of the produce items we distribute throughout the year.
