Chef Eric's Twist on a Food Bank Favorite

For the 12th Annual Blue Jeans Ball, Chef Eric Ziebold – one of the biggest names in the D.C. culinary community – will be putting his spin on one of the Capital Area Food Bank’s recipes. He will re-create our Dirty Rice with Salmon, a healthier version of the classic Southern dish that is a real crowd pleaser and will be sure to dazzle our denim-clad guests at the ball!Eric Red Background

The CAFB is dedicated to the health and wellness of those we serve and our collection of Recipes from the CAFB Kitchen utilize core ingredients that we promote to our food assistance partners, including shelf-stable protein, whole grains and low-sodium canned goods. The recipes also teach our partners and clients how to prepare quick, healthy and delicious meals at home!
