Local Artists Help Feed the Hungry with Hand-Crafted Bowls

The Capital Area Food Bank’s 5th Annual Empty Bowls event will offer an assortment of hand-crafted bowls from local artists who have been hard at work spinning their pottery wheels, shaping clay and creating beautiful pieces.

For just a $25 minimum donation, you can take one of the original bowls home and enjoy all you can eat soup and bread, while helping to feed thousands of residents. On October 17th, join us during your lunch break at the FHI 360 Conference Center in Dupont Circle and help fill the empty bowls in our community.
