Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. ⅓ cup onion, chopped
  3. ⅓ cup red/green bell peppers, chopped
  4. ⅓ cup canned black beans
  5. 1 whole wheat tortilla
  6. 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and peppers until soft throughout
  2. Add the black beans and sauté for 1 more minute.
  3. Add mixture to a whole wheat tortilla
  4. (optional) Scramble an egg and add to the wrap
  5. Choose your topping (below) and wrap the tortilla
