Ingredients
- ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken, no salt added, drained
- Optional: 1 minced jalapeno
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise and optional jalapeno. Mix in the chicken. Serve on your favorite salad or sandwich.
