Ingredients

  1. 1 cup whole oats
  2. 1 cup milk (any kind) Optional: ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoon sugar (or honey)
  4. ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  5. ⅛ teaspoon salt
  6. Your topping of choice: nut butter, fresh, dried or canned fruit, nuts, seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium container with a lid, combine and mix the oats, milk, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Tightly seal the container with a lid.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Add your topping of choice
