Herbed Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh herbs or 2 tablespoons dried herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice concentrate)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy as a dip or a meal topper. For a thinner sauce, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness.
