It’s official! The Capital Area Food Bank has rolled out its new brand and you will start to see it come to life. It’s so much more than a new logo, tagline or advertising message. The refreshed brand will unify our efforts to help those struggling with hunger and raise awareness about our services.
The new logo is about creating connections – among people who are hungry, the community we support and engage to help, and the food that ultimately provides nourishment.
The refreshed brand comes at a time when we are also preparing to move into our new facility late this summer. As hunger dramatically increases in the National Capital Region, the food bank has grown to meet that demand. Our new facility will increase our capacity to provide healthy, fresh food.
With the new distribution center and the new brand, the food bank is building on our 32 year legacy of feeding, educating and empowering the communities we serve.
Hunger is here and our growth will help ensure that all may eat.
