October 16th is World Food Day so M&T Bank and iHeartRadio are teaming up to fill a brand-new M&T branded truck with 980 emergency food boxes – enough to feed almost 4000 people for a week!
With food insecurity poised to rise in the Greater Washington region due to COVID-19, we anticipate over 600,000 of our neighbors will struggle to have enough food for their families. It will take our full community coming together to meet this challenge. We’re asking YOU to join us to ensure our neighbors don’t go to bed hungry.
$20 purchases an emergency food box that can feed a family of four for 4-days. Every dollar you donate will make a difference to the Greater Washington residents experiencing food insecurity and hunger.
