PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER SERVICES

It takes more than food to run the Capital Area Food Bank.  We accept resources from the community that help us in our work to end hunger.  Listed below are services and items that are always helpful to us:  

  • Graphic design work
  • Printing
  • Teaching seminars for Food Bank staff, agencies and volunteers
  • Nutritionists
  • Professional Chefs
  • Volunteers to interview agency clients
  • Painting, plumbing, electrical and other handyman work
  • Vehicle cleaning and maintenance
  • Auction items for events (gift certificates, airline tickets, travel packages, etc.)
  • Advertising space in promotional and marketing vehicles
  • Technical equipment and assistance
