Special Events Volunteering

The CAFB is always in need of volunteers who are willing to represent the food bank and our mission at special events. These events range from galas to tabling at community fairs. For our large special events, we will list opportunities on the online Volunteer Calendar. Youth Volunteers

The minimum age requirement for this project is 12 years of age or older. All youth volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult and youth volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian. All youth volunteers under the age of 18 must also have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (PDF). For groups of youth, we request at least 1 adult chaperone per 10 youth.
