Stuff-A-Truck

Join the Capital Area Food Bank for our largest food drive of the year, Stuff-A-Truck. On Friday, December 7th, the food bank will partner with 16 Giant stores across the Washington metro area to collect non-perishable items for more than 680,000 residents in need.

What is Stuff-A-Truck?

This year marks our 10th anniversary of Stuff-A-Truck; to date, this food drive has raised over $600,000 and collected more than 375,000 pounds of food. Stuff-A-Truck receives premier media attention through our partnership with Fox 5 and local CBS radio stations that cover the event from 6 am to 11:00 pm. Entertainment groups come out to cheer on donors and our teams of volunteers who work all day loading trucks.
