Matching Gifts
Many companies will match the contributions made by their employees, thereby doubling or even tripling the gifts made to their charity of choice. Matching you contribution is simple.
- Ask your company about its policies and procedures regarding matching gifts.
- When making your contribution, go to Matching Gifts section in the form as seen below and enter your organization’s name.
Giving through the United Way or Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

The Capital Area Food Bank is proud to participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). When giving through CFC simply find us under our name in the CFC directory and write us into your pledge form as CFC #30794.
United Way
If your employer promotes workplace giving through United Way, you can designate your donation to the Capital Area Food Bank by indicating our number, #8052 on your pledge form or you can specify us by name.
